Road accidents are happening everywhere in the world every minute, So many are using their precious lives. But it is very sad that similar type of accidents are happening in the "God's Own Country " with in 70 km with in 1 month. A car was parked in the sea port air port road in rush hour of the morning around 8:40 and and the driver without any paying attention to the passers by opened the drivers door. At the same instant , the door struck an engineer who was going to the info park in Kakkanad and the boy fell under a speeding trucker, died on the spot itself. Yesterday also a similar accident occurred. Husband, wife and their son going home from the hospital, driver opened the door of the parked car suddenly, bike lost control. The wife fell under the bus and died instantly. Above all she was fully pregnant and her delivery is due next week. The doctors tried in vain to save the child. I am wondering nobody has any concern for fellow beings. If the drivers have spent 5 seconds to look around them, they could have saved 2 lives. The younger generation thinks only of themselves.You can see in buses the old people are standing and younger ones sitting comfortably. So I think mothers should mold the children to good citizen, then the society and the nation will be benefited. :bonk Alas for mothers where is time to see their children for half an hour a day:bonk
The cause of accidents is a higher percentage of carelessness than just a mere accident,and the victims are children very often.... Sad,that one person's fault is costing other one's life! Pinky
