    Dear Sudha,
Your feed back today is very emotional - I can sense it.
Well if you read about Shantih on a day, you are disturbed, I would say, this is a meaningful coincidence. Please remember Sudha, every experience, however disturbing is a blessing in the sense that Universe wants us to learn a lesson from that experience.
May God be with you at times of stress.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Mrs.c,

Thanks for the beautiful post. It served as a refresher course for me.

Indeed the third kind of obstacles is the most difficult to get rid of.

    Dear Chitra,
Enjoyed reading this weeks post. All I knew up until today was Shanthi means peace. You have taken an effort to explain it in detail, also the three sources of disturbance made a lot of sense to me. May God be with you Chitra and may you be blessed with peace at all times.
    Love,

    My dear Lavanya,
Thankyou very much for your F B.
Is not the following song our all-time favourite?
    சாந்தி நிலவ வேண்டும்
    (May there be peace everywhere)

    Love,
    Chithra.
