Dear ladies, I am seeing for some recipes we add curd for mutton & chicken marination like while making chicken 65 . Also when making biriyani, like vegetable or chicken biriyani , we add all spices and 1 or 2 tsp of curd then ,fry the vegetables. here too we are adding curd. why do we add curd? what taste does it makes in food?
