Who killed Arushi Talwar

For past three days, this case is really eating my brain...

I read the wiki page completely to get more understanding abt the case...
Few questions are still unanswered like..

1.No Hemraj's traces like blood, DNA etc in Aarushi's room.how is that possible? if there is no affair b/w aarushi & hemraj.. then what is the motive
2. Why the Phone calls ringed to landline at 12AM ( to wish aarushi for her b;day) was unanswered? landline was in talwars room...
3. what happened to the clothes used to clean the blood traces?
4. No Trace of blood in Talwar's clothes. (As per photos & other records, father and mother were wearing the same dress from night to morning)
5. No forced entry from outside..
6. why the whisky bottle with blood traces were not cleaned up till morning
7. who's footprint ( blood) in terrace? That size is 8 or 7 and rajesh's shoe size is 6
8. how the mobile phones went outside of the house. Why aaruhi's phone was switched off from 10 PM?
9. Hemraj's murder happened only in Terrace.. How come he didn't shout? no one heared that?

so many questions ladies

 

you omitted one very important unanswered question : the private part smear of Arushi sent to the Forensic Laboratory , Hyderabad, has been opened in the transit and another unconnected woman's private part's smear has been kept and Arushi's one taken out. This has been confirmed by the Hyderabad Forensic Laboratory. Some one has attempted to destroy the crucial evidence. Why this crucial evidence was stolen ? Who did it ? If Arushi's actual smear as collected by Noida Police happened to reach the Forensic Laboratory, what would have been its findings ? Just go through the following news report :
