There has been some movement in the intriguing Arushi murder case. First the CBI team investigating the murder case has been reconstituted. This team has sought the permission of the designated CBI court in Ghaziabad to conduct narco analysis test of the parents of Arushi. While narco analysis tests are not admissible as evidence in court, the CBI is expected to get fresh leads in the case. Arushi was murdered in May 2008, and it is time she got justice and her murderer punished as per the law of the land.
Without any evidence the CBI would not charge sheet the Talwars. I'd say the Talwars need to spill out the beans.
The CBI has been able to see through the web of deceit planned by Arushi's parents. The parents of Arushi would now have to stand trial for the murder.
Hi Ladies Thank God! the evil Talwar couple are getting their just deserts. Nupur Talwar is in jail and her husband will join her there soon.!
It is very strange that the house was locked from the inside with the Talwar couple,Aarushi and nobody else seems to have entered it while the murder has happened.Maybe father Talwar saw the daughter with the man servant in a compromising position and in a fit of anger,killed her and the servant with the help of his doctor wife...
this was one of the first few theories that was discussed and maybe there is a a grain of truth, because there were also rumours about her in compromising state even before her murder not sure... but just like all cases it will go on dragging... and i second nandu hope it is not purchased... P.S.. the mom in me argued against the theory when the murder happened, but today i am more street exposed and do not know what is the truth..the media and society has enlightened me more than i asked for...:hide:
Poor Aarushi has no family to pursue the case as her own parents are invovled in her murder! All uncles, aunts, cousins are busy trying to save her parents from the gallows and nobody except the friends and media want the justice to be delivered! Lets not tarnish the reputation of the teenager and the aged Hemraj, maybe he was in his early fifties . Another theory is that the girl knew some family secrets which she had threatened to expose hence the murder. Why did the parents clean up room, change her clothes, bedsheets etc before the police arrived? They informed the lawyer,retired ipolice officer, friends and took advice before calling the police. They also named Hemraj as suspect while his body rotted on their terrace. The postmortem was done hastily , the body cremated and the ashes submerged at Haridwar within a day! The murder was discovered early morning and by evening the parents had disposed off all evidence. Maybe her cell phone, bloodied clothes, weapon were all disposed on the way or in the fast flowing river. The stony faced mother seems to be a suspect more than the father.
Did Rajesh and Nupur Talwar kill their young daughter, Aarushi, and their domestic help, Hemraj? A court in Ghaziabad will deliver its verdict today on a case that has haunted India.
