which type of diet i should follow in Diabetes.

    Hello,
    I am suffering from diabetes from last 6 months. What type of food i should eat, to decrease my sugar level.

    Thank you for your suggestion,i have also consulted Dr.Rajeev Chawla from rxocean and he suggested me with a proper diet chart. i am feeling very better.

    mainly we have to avoid sugar diet. proper diet care is more important in this situation.

    Do's:
    Always keep ur food intake moderate serves with proper time interval.
    Avoid high carb food stuffs.
    Increase intake of protein rich food in ur diet.
    Have lots of green veggies in ur diet.
    If non veg lover, then u can have fish- twice in a week and chicken- once in a week...
    Have meal at right time.
    Check ur blood sugar level quite often initially, then once your find your sugar level quite normal then do it once in 15 days.
    Meet ur physician atleast once in 3 month.
    Have brisk walk for atleast 30 mins.


    One effective natural remedy: 1 tsp of fenugreek (methi seed) + 100 ml of water soak it overnight and consume it along with water in the morning in empty stomach...Give good result for sure...

    Have tomato juice (with salt and pepper for taste) can reduce ur blood sugar level to some extent...(its good for ur heart too)


    Dont's :

    Red meat.
    High carb food stuffs.
    Sweets.
    Starving or skipping ur breakfast/lunch/dinner.
    Don't ignore your health...

    Vegetables are the best type of diet for diabetes. But You to boil it first.
