There's and up coming ladies event in a ladies club- my question is-- which stall is profitable apart from clothing? how about a food stall? how to fix the prices for each item of food, what should be the profit? the cost of one stall is rs. 2000
Dear Sister, COngarts on the idea of the stall at the Exhibition, Sure Food stall fetches you good profit apart from Garments/Clothing. But ensure to have a survey if there were previously such exhibitions on the following: 1. What type of crowd is expected 2. Is there any other food stalls which are already planned, if yes are they professionals ... 3. Do you have support manpower who would help you out in this venture. 4. What are all the facilities avaibale when you pick up a stall... and much more If this survey is not feasible, then try on a lower investment and try your luck... Best Wishes...
Many ladies just make lots of food stuff without taking into account the price factor. You must make a neat profit to cover the cost price of food materials,oil, gas , disposable plates , paid helpers etc. Or you have a partner with whom you can share the stall and work. Also will you make stuff there or just heat in a microwave and give? You have said that the cost of stall is Rs 2000/ suppose you invest 1000/in materials then you have to make more than Rs 3000/ to make a profit.
