hi all ever since i have moved here I am concerned about the nutrition which is different in INdia and US so what all you guys suggest for healthy life like in terms of milk, curd, eggs and multivitamins if at all we women should take here my main concern is dairy of US so pls provide input ladies and so that we all can learn!
I can give you my personal choice Milk-2 percent from Sams club or Shoprite. Curd/Yoghurt...Romeo or Desi dahi from Indian stores like Patel cash and carry, multivitamins..from samsclub. I don't buy eggs. Hope this helps
