Which is the best medicliam policy?

I'm planning to buy a health insurance policy. when I started my search there were so many options :spin after that I started reviewing each policy and at the end I'm so confused whether it's really worth buying a policy or not? because on mouthshut there are only bad reviews for every company. I doubt whether those are posted by the competitor company. please suggest me some good health insurance where I can invest and in return they will ready to help me when I need it.
