which honey is good ?

    dear ladies,
    i know that honey is equal to amrutham and it has many good effects on our body...

    but am afraid that most of them are adulterated and some sugar syrups only..

    cud u tell which brand honey is good ?

    currently am buying Lion honey ? is this good or bad brand ?

    The best kind of honey is Manuka Honey if you can get it. It has the maximum anti-oxidants and anti-bacterial properties.
