    1.For constipation,banana and grapes are helpful.
    2.For burning eyes ,cow'smilk and coconut water are good.
    3.Ginger relieves pitta.
    4.Consuming bittergourd,helps in worm infestation.
    5.Drinking jeera water regularly helps in immunity.
    6.For anemia taking carrots regularly helps.

    .For body heat take coconut water regularly.

    For the last one year i been studying Naturopathy diploma,& i will be very glad to share the knowledge also here.
    Here is some basic and important tips for general health.
    Our body needs to keep the alkaline and acidic ratio of 80:20 always. All minor & major deceases starts when this ratio changes.
    Taking fresh fruit juices, raw vegetables or 50% raw & 50% cooked vegetables,sprouted pulses,grated coconut etc always helps on maintaining this.But when u have the fruits as one time meal,need not not have to add vegetables along with that also.

    Thanks for your post. I came here when was searching for grapes. i am the person who is mainly depending on home cure before going to doctor.

    Also i would like to share the things what i know.

    1) Fenugreek with buttermilk for stomach ache.
    2) Boiled egg white with pepper for cold
    3) sukku malli kashayam for dizziness
