which day is best to do a Preg Test?-question from my close friend

    Hi,
    one of my close friend is TTC right now and she had missed her periods for 2 days,and was thinking of doing a Preg Test,she asked me when the preg test will be accurate?at which day the result will be reliable?Please reply for my friend...

    You can do a HPT at anytime, any day since you missed your periods. To get more accurate results you better do it with your early morning urine. For the general lab urine test, you better wait till the 45th day of LMP (or 2 weeks from the expected period time). Blood checkups and early USS too can be done anytime.
