Which board (ICSE,CBSE or State) is the best?

Hi All,

I am not sure if I have raised this question in the correct forum.

My sister needs to admit her son in LKG and she is wondering which board to admit him in? ISCE , CBSE or state board? Since its difficult to get admission these days, once he gets admitted in LKG, he wuld continue in the same board till his 12th.
My sister wants her son to study medical in future. But she fears if it is easy to score in ICSE for a medical admission later. I know things would definately change in due course of time. But can anyone pls advise now which board is better?
