Hi, Am 29 weeks Pregnant..my baby weight is low..Doctor suggested me increase intake of Protein..i have a doubts.. 1.Shall i take Whey Protein Powder?? 2. Which one is Best Brand in it? 3.Is it helps to weight Gain?? Any one used or Using it during Pregnancy Reg.Weight gain???
There are people who love their protein powders, and they'll defend the benefits of these supplements until they're blue in the face. However, the truth is that these powders are highly processed and are often heated to the point where the protein is denatured. What does this mean? Why do you want to use such powders?Why not go naturally? If you are non vegetarian eat chicken /egg/ fish. If vegetarian eat peanuts, Dry Fruits and Nuts, Lots of Dals, Channa..All these contain sufficient proteins.
