    Also it’s very tough to make dosas or rotis on steel pans..won’t it get burnt..

    Thank you all for replies. I bought pre seasoned cast iron pan. Everything was sticking on it. I washed and applied oil. I will have to wash again and make hot before using. Will keep trying that.

    Apply oil . Heat the pan.
    Leave it to cool down. Thats how u season it

    Some pre seasoned pans still have this issue. If that happens I usually season it again in the oven. I read about it on Lodge’s website. Ensure to use a thin layer of cooking spray instead of a lot of oil before putting the pan in the oven.
