I have couple of questions to clarify abt Mami's program schedule.

Tell me something, Is chitra mami going to spend the whole day with us? If so what are we going to do? we have to do a plan layout..

Depending upon the response we will built our plans...

we shall do some cultral event and arrange for a lunch in some nice resturant.

Venue options- Resturant which serves both veg n non veg
1. Ivory Kitchen
2. shahi maharani

Other than annalakshmi for veg , i am not that pleased with any other place of south indian..vegi stuff..

i do have other options like orgainsing in sentosa--- near the beach.. but the only problem is how many of us will be able 2 attend.. i feel if it is near city atleast there are 2 many access..

We have to budget out this event..if u have plans 2 do in large scale...

pl keep posted ... i have so may ideas... all depends on the response from our members

lucky ladies, Chithra is visiting you people. I am so glad to know this and also you all will be meeting and having a gala time. Go ahead and enjoy the great event! There is no doubt that you all will be bowled over completely on meeting her in person, as I have been. All the best for the success of the meet!

You are bubbling with lots of energy, I like you gal :thumbsup

Its a nice idea at Sentosa..by the beach. Kids will have a gala time while we can have time off with Mrs. Chtira and also between ourselves!!! ( orey kalula irandu maangai.. IL meet in s'pore and a party for the Queen of IL!! ) As you've pointed out, as long as it doesnt get too expensive I guess it should be ok with everybody.

Thanks for stepping in.

As Poorni said, you are bubbling with energy.

No Chitvish does not have the whole day. May be 2 to 3 hours. She has kindly agreed to spend the lunch hours with us as she has something booked for the evening. So Lunch it is.

And yes city is the right choice, in my opinion also to shelter us from the showers.And meeting in a restaurant is a good choice as it will reduce the hassle of organising.

We will not be having time for any culturals the reason being time factor. And with Sentosa, when we think of the wet weather these 2 weeks I really doubt if we can have a gala time with the kids too.
