When school/play school starts in Abu Dhabi?

    Hello,

    I have recently shifted to Abu Dhabi. My son will be 1.5 years next month (23rd Aug'11 born). He is becoming more shy when he meets someone, I guess coz he just get to see two faces all day long..moreover I am planning to take up a job now, so I am giving a thought on make him join a play school so that he could be more interactive with others but I have no idea so can anyone pls.answer me:

    1) when a baby join play school here?
    2) some good play schools pls.?
    3) when school starts here..means at what age..and do they are the same as we have in India..nursery, prep and then 1,2....or here they have KGs..?

    Put your child into a playschool only after your child learns to speak well,starts to eating food on his own and is potty trained.otherwise you might make money but you would have lost your peace of mind.
    If you are in the city then try
    1. Leens nursery
    2.Sara nursery

    If in Musaffah try Noah's ark.Noahs ark in Musaffah is better than its branch in city.

    There are many other schools too but these three schools are the most preffered.

    kg1 usually starts at age 3....sequence is kg1, kg2, 1st std
    some schools prefer nursery before starting kg1 but i dont think its yet a requirement
