when i take pregnancy test?

    hi,
    i have a problem. i am 27 years old.last year i got married. i am try to conceive.i dont know why i am not conceiving?
    my period cycle is 27 days. last month period starting date is 21st june. yet today didnt come period so 40 days. today morning i take a home pregnacy test. but i get negative result. what can i do?. if i am conceived or not i dont know plz anybody give me some suggestions................................................. plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.........

    HPT Takes 45 days to confirm go for blood test HSG beta serum it will tell u within 30 days so now if u check u will know the result.Any lab will test and tell u

    v all hate this situation..... but girlie....this can b dicy....
    do a HPT again after 2 days ...hv yur periods been regular so far???accordingly better to consult a gynac..

    yes i got regular periods. the cycle is 27 days only.can i take again test in monday or this week. i am very eagerly waiting to baby. 24 hrs i think about this thing only (i am conceive or not).

    don't worry dear. Do as the above others have suggested you. Sometimes it can be a case of missed periods maybe due to some hormone change also in case its not pregnancy. In such a case your doctor wil advise you some medication for the periods to come. Nevertheless. be positive. Wish you lots of baby dust

    hi deva,

    Relax and as suggested by sangeetha, go for beta hcg blood work done. HPT will show negative if the harmone levels are low even if you are pregnant.

    Hi deva,

    If you have regular cycles its better that you consult a gynac or do a beta hcg test. Did you do the HPT with morning first urine sample?
