As I am planning what I am going to cook for Diwali dinner I wonder what others are making on this special night. I use to make Kalakand,besan barfi & lots of savory snacks but due to health reasons will be keeping it simple & no fry ( mainly). Here is what I am planning for our family. Matar paneer Special gobhi aloo Achari karela Cholee Puri Dahi with rice Kheer & Gulab jamun for dessert I also bought a pack of Pani Puri so will have those in the evening. What are you making???
I am planing for... *paneer butter masala(fav dish for DH) *bhindi do pyaza *methi pudi...just adding dry kastori methi * curd with fruits * kheer... As now a days we are trying to avoid to much spicy food and oily too.but Diwali h to sab chalta h ... Happy Diwali to all of you...
