Whatever God does he does for our best only

Mothers and mother in law's expectations are so many but all are not fulfilled as God knows whom to give what and when to give.

Every mother wants her son to be married to a nice girl and he should be happy. They say na Manaivi amaivaidhu ellam iraivan kudutha varam. Its so true. As long as the son is happy with his wife mother also should be happy.

Now a days girls are well educated and they know about the world.

Usually for a son who is not so religious will get a religious wife who does so many poojas and God is her world and the son who is religious gets the opposite. Some change after marriage and live according to their husband's desire .

The other day one of my friend was saying that her daughter in law is very God fearing and all the time doing poojas . Since they stay in the US , her son wants her to be modern and be social with his friends. First my friend was happy that she got a daughter in law who does pooja and all. But now when her son wants her to be social she is worried. She was saying her dil does not like to attend parties or talk to people and her son is unhappy with her behaviour. Now either he has to change or she has to change. But now a days every boy wants a social wife but at the same time be simple also.

On the other hand mothers who want a daughter in law who does pooja and all will get a modern girl, where the son is very religious and follows all customs.

Well, totally changing a person's personality may develop stress in the long run. Both spouse should givein a little. Living a happy and peaceful married life is an art and needs hands of both husband and wife to paint abeautiful picture.

each of ur word is true. To avoid this confusions, they should talk before their marriage abt their likes / dislikes. But if the issue is not that much important, they can marry and lead a happy married life.

Whatever it is, our life is somehow changes after marriage. let it be a happy change.

Dear viji amma,

So true.... but to avoid misunderstanding and confusions after marriage, I think the couple should get to know each other well before marriage. and also the moms should first ask their sons about their idea of an ideal wife, it might be different from what they had dreamed for their son.
