My toddler used to eat well, however now she grabs fruits and wants to eat what I am eating. She cries. Can someone help me in what to give toddlers... is it normal?

I was trying to get some help online and found - Finger Foods and more on finger foods and give other fruits and veggies... can you suggest me more & confirm me if its ok...

    hey aruna,

every child has that stage. this shows your child is ready for next level and intereasted in eating other foods. what is the age of your child? if you are concerned fruit will get stuck in throat then offer soft foods. as your child will start having teeth they would want to munch on finger goods.

If your kid is a toddler then you can start regular table foods i.e. foods that you eat with the spices toned down.
