    Bread Omlet


    Ingredients:

    Bread-2
    Medium size Onion-1
    Tomato-1
    chilly powder
    Salt
    Pepper
    Egg-2



    Procedure:

    Chop the onion and tomato finely

    Take a Dosa pan add oil

    Now add onion fry it well and add then add tomato

    When its half cooked add chilly powder,little salt and fry it well.

    In this mean time break egg and add in a small vessel

    Add salt and stirrer well

    Now when the fry ready add the hot fry in this beaten egg.

    Take a piece of bread keep it aside

    Mix the fry well on beaten egg.

    Heat the dosa pan add oil.

    Now pour the egg on pan and spread well

    Now press the bread in center of the omlet.

    when omlet ends are half-cooked thats semi solid cover the bread by egg on four sides like a envelope cover

    Then turn the bread omlete and put in pan and press on pan.

    when is half cooked take it.

    Thatsal Yummy bread omlet ready.

    Instead of two eggs and two breads all together single egg and single bread combinations work well

    Use white bread than wheat bread it will give rich taste

    Hi jaya barota is unhealthy dish hence dont go with it because it has nothing in it.

    You can prepare soft chapathi by adding milk or hot water.Bread sandwich,bread omlette,rava capscium upma,semiya kichadi.

    i recommend you to add more vegetable in all breakfast items like veg dosa,veg chapathi,veg bread.its very healthy and fill the stomach.ask him to intake apple if he feel hungry means even you can prepare some veg or fruit salads or nuts based salads.

    Breakfast should not be too much heavy otherwise make you drowsy.Hence salads you can have or milk shake like items

    even in idly you can prepare veg idlies i will share when i have time.idly and low oil dosa is good for his teeth.idiyappam,thalicha idiyaapam,arisi puttu,rava puttu these types of foods are soft mostly ask him to intake fruits and vegetables.as he has teeth problem reduce the fibre rich foods which will create problem for teeth

    what varities you want.even pongal also soft food.

    Rava Puttu with mashed banana

    (very simple,easy and yummy dish with less time preparation)

    Ingredients:


    2 cups Rava or Samolina
    1 tsp. salt
    1 cup coconut grated
    1/2 cup sugar
    Banana
    Cardamon

    Procedure:


    Roast dry Rava in a pan. Add salt.


    Allow it to cool and keep aside.

    Fill the water in puttu jar and let it boil Or Use idly vessel for puttu

    Mix the grated coconut and sugar and cardamon keep it aside.

    Take some water and sprinkle over rava occationally and rub so that it becomes like bread crumb.

    It would take some time. Every time you need to sprinkle only one tbl. spoon of water and rub it.

    Otherwise it would have big lumps.

    When it looks like bread crumb stop the process.

    Now take the puttu mold and add coconut mixture then Rava which looks like bread crumbs, until

    you finish the whole mold.

    Close the lid and put over puttu jar.Cook 2-3 minutes after you see steam coming from the upper lid
    holes.

    Remove from heat. Unmold it pushing it from back side.

    If you wont have mold then keep in idly vessel and wait for 3 minutes

    Eat with banana mashed and a tsp. of sugar.

    same pinch vijima me too prepared rava dosa yesterday night.thank you very much ma.unga kerala rava puttu than poturken.vera vagayana puttu laam podunga inga mithavangaluku helpfula irukkum and their special side dishes too.

    Your recipes are rocking. This rava puttu is new to me. I have a doubt. After oasting the rava, we have to make the rava soft by pouring water slowly is it rt?

    yes nimmi after roasting allow it to cool lightly and then add water by a small teaspoon and mix it well and prepare the dish
