I watched Inside Out 2. It's a must for every parent with a teen/tween to watch it with their kids. Emotions that change with puberty beautifully captured in a movie

Watched Tamil movie Kurangu Pedal. Loved the simple village life visuals and the very simple story.

Watched Vijay Sethupathi in Maharaja. Some parts of it was nauseating for me being mom of a tween daughter. But the overall plot and twists towards the end were brilliant. A dark movie for the steel hearted and strong stomached.

Lucky man by Yogi babu. Man, what a movie! it was a simple, no hero based, no big pompousness, songs or fight scenes... yet good story with lot of values and no vulgarity at all. Great job by Yogi babu, the actress, the small boy, the police and everybody in the team. It was like watching a malayalam movie. Thumbs up!

    Hridayam - Malayalam movie.

A feel good movie, but a bit lengthy , shows the life of Arun (acted by Mohanlal's son, Pranav) right from the time he enters college in Chennai till he gets married and has a child. His affairs and his feelings with his ex, his first love is shown beautifully. Darshana and Kalyani both have good screen presence.

    Nadanna sambahvam - Malayalam movie

Good movie for a one time watch. A new tenant family comes to live in a upper middle class gated housing community. The guy is very friendly with all the ladies but the males of the community doesnt like this as they show a chauvinistic attitude. One incident because of the gossipy nature leads to trouble. Good acting by all.

Sharmajee ki beti - feel good movie . Shows the lives and problems of 3 ladies and 2 early teens all with the surname Sharma. Liked the role, acting, dialogues in the end of the housewife and working woman. The frustration of the early teenage girl waiting for her periods has been acted well.

Ullozhukku - malayalam movie , excellent acting by Urvashi and Parvati. Because of the flood waters, cremation of the sons body is getting delayed. As they wait for the flood water to recede, secrets about the family members keep emerging.

Sharmajee ki beti - predictable, likeable female oriented story but overall disappointing. Ok to watch if cannot find any other movie and nothing else to do. A decent directorial and writer debut from Tahira Kashyap (Ayushmann Khurrana's wife) but given the star cast of Sakshi Tanwar, Saiyami Kher and Divya Dutta, I expected a more engaging movie. My favorite was the mouthy teenager Swati played by Vanshika Taparia.

In this video, Ayushmann Khurranna made after the T20 win, he nicely included Sharmajee ka beta at about 44 sec mark. The video is actually only 1m 10 s long, and repeats after that.
