    Am new to IL, this is my first thread..
    Am entering my 7th month of pregnancy, can anyone tel me what are the kashayam we can have during pregnancy??

    hi sweety congratulations.
    during my 8th and 9th month i used to drink a concoction of jeera dhaniya.
    take 2 cups of water and add 1 tsp jeera and 1 TSP of dhaniya and boil it until the liquid has reduced to one cup.drink it in the evng while its warm.drink it twice a week.My MIL said it will reduce the cramps pains and makes the delivery easy ...and i had a regular delivery.
