    Dear All,
Diwali is incomplete without fireworks. Fireworks and crackers are used the world over, only the occasion differs in different countries.
Diwali preparations are going on now. We all enjoy lighting crackers or atleast we will enjoy watching those spectacular fireworks. Even though the prices of crackers are high we do spend a little for our kids to enjoy.
But still one or two will be our favourite.

    What is your favourite crackers?

Wish you all a very HAPPY DIWALI.:)

I like the ones which make less/zero noise but are a feast to the eyes. Sparklers, flower pots, and a lot more..

Five to six years back I used to get up only to crackers noise in the morning and feel very happy about the day I will having ,full of fog like mornings, crackers noise throught the day, nowadays everbody just sits in front of the tv and gulps on sweets ,the spirit of deepavali is vanishing and is missing.I was in US for five years and when I returned to India I didnt hope to see this kind of enviroment in India, people spend so much for dresses nowadays, the tradition is slowly vanishing, traditon does not lie in the way we dress but the way we live,I used to dream how I would spend diwali in India but I dont find any diff.between US and India now except T.Nagar.

People are telling that crackers are bad blah blah blah..what about so many cell phone towers and their signals entering into our head everybody and causing so many seizures, brain damage?Who is going to take responsibilty for this?

Thank you Satin and Adrija. :)

    Hi Satin,
The spirit diwali is slowly vanishing also due to the various TV programs.
