Hello Friends, How many New Years must have passed with a resolution to do exercise and be fit. Also many a times, on looking at our pencil-thin slim friends and other health consciuos relatives, colleagues, we also would have been inclined to take up exercising. Must have gone and enquired with the local gym, aerobics classes, yoga&meditation and what not. But with some of us, the zeal just fades after a few days. The reason, plenty to list. So ladies, if u are one of the above mentioned kind, go ahead and poll as to which is the biggest excuse you give for not exercising. Probably our lady members who are into regular exercise can give us some tips as to how to overcome these excuses and for them too there is an option in the poll to vote. Also, laziness I have no motivation...as well as laziness that keeps me postponing going for a workout. Hope there are more ladies like me...!
Hi everyone, I don`t make excuses, I exercise regularly. May be it half hour or 10 minutes. I am not particular about my figure or something like that. Yoga reduces my stress level and increases my blood circulation. I wish everybody should do atleast 15 minutes of exercise. If you do it for 2 or 3 weeks continuouly, then your mind and body both will automatically take you to do the exercise regularly.
