    I am sure we all are unique, special and different and having said that, what do you think or feel is unique about yourself.

    It can be anything simple to a huge one, i know there will be many things, but let's sit down, inhale and exhale, close your eyes, and think deeply what is that one thing which you feel is unique about you/yourself.

    I refrain or limit talking about my issues, not for the fear of being judged, but because i dont want to add to others troubles or issues.
    Everyone is dealing with some sort of a trouble, and the least i can do is to lend my shoulder, heart and ears.

    It would be far easier to assess what is unique about fellow members here. Am unable to discover what is unique about myself except that wherever it is due I try to encourage and motivate.

    I don’t know if this is unique but..

    Even during my darkest and lowest moments of life..I always loved myself,been quite compassionate,been my own cheerleader, tried to change,felt deserving and put an effort to handle things better.I have cried very badly, extremely stressed but very deep down my soul there is always a flickering “Ray of hope” which can never ever be extinguished.
