What is religion? What is spirituality

Hi ladies,

Our world is changing.. For good.there is a shift in our thinking. There is a universal consciousness that is growing faster than we can imagine. People are seeing the truth that we are a part of the supreme energy.. God or the supreme energy is in all of us, we just have to get in touch with it by knowing ourself.

Religion is based on beliefs and rituals.. You follow that..you get the good.if not deal with your bad ...i think thats dualism. Spirituality embraces everything seeing good in all..seeing god in everyone and everything,treating all with love . I do agree that the religious part helps one to focus on your path to spirituality. So religion is the road to spirituality..where you are one with god..
