If it is a Manager or Supervisor position or somewhere in the senior level, go in a formal suit with Blazer etc. If it is an entry / junior level, you could just go with Shirt / formal-tops + Trousers / Skirt. All the Best for your interview ! PS : I see your location as UK, so assuming you are looking for tips on western formal wear.

Hi All Yes the interview was successfull... It is a java software development opportunity.. I had 3 yrs of java experience from an MNC in India. The interview was for around 2 hrs.. first I had a test ..it was an analytical test(30 min)..then a programming(15 min) Then I had an interview for around 1 hr...
