    glad to see you here. I have not tried water melon juice. In fact I dodge eating watermelon, papaya and a few others. Thanks for motivating me.

    Bananas come under the yellow fruits.

    Thank you Usha for the list, that is very helpful. Pomegranates is in blue/prurple, I didn't know , same as the kiwi fruit under the yellow.

    This is the recipe for the salad that I had and like to share with all.

    Of all the lettuce varieties, roamine lettuce and green or red leaf lettuce are said to have the most nutrients and the iceberg lettuce the least.

    Green salad with fennel, pears and pine nuts

    Combine lettuces and fennel in a salad bowl and cove with damp paper towels and refrigerate upto three hours, Add sliced pears pine nuts and dressing just before serving

    3 cups romaine lettuce
    2 cups torn butter lettuce
    1 small fennel bulb trimmed and thinly sliced
    2 medium red pears cored and finely sliced
    2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp fresh orange juice
    freshly ground black pepper
    1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted

    If you don't have pine nuts, you can omit it. Try it, it is awesome.
