I could make bread toasts using the toaster. We have sliced bread always readily available in the kitchen. fried eggs with chilies and onions, cheese and some butter would be enough. It takes only 10 mins. Some tomato ketchup would make it tasty. I have chicken pieces stored in the freezer. It takes around 5 mins to unfreeze if that is soaked on hot water. Clean then, and then soak them back in chicken fry batter (batter mix power is available anyway) and the mix them in corn flasks before deep frying it. It does take only 10-15 mins. It goes well with plan bread and some ketchup. Deep fried noodles also great for the kids. Make instant noodles, beat an egg and soak the boiled noodles into the egg batter and microwave it for a few mins. Cut the noodles/egg mix into pieces and then deep fry them. It also goes very well with ketchup. It takes only a few mins, and kids would love it.
Firstly the item should be prepared from raw materials already present in kitchen. Secondly it should not take more than 10 minutes. So I will go for instant dosa with rice flour, atta, sour curd and lots of veggies folded in. I can also make biryani or pulao with left over rice and vegetables in the fridge. third is rava idly with semolina and curd with few vegetables. Onion and carrot paratha also can be made fast if chapathi dough is ready.

i can prepare sandwich with tomato, onion,olives and cheese or rava dosa or potato masala as i always store boiled potatoes in freezer.
