    First step... once you get up drink 1 ltr of water... initially you might feel uncomfortable as you have to run more towards you bathroom... but slowly get it in your habbit.

    To make our body fit, we need to exercise, start slowly by wallking, then adding some resistance ( body weight exercises), you can try yoga, pilates, workout videos, group classes, running,
