2 week ab challenge
Great. Thanks! I tried few today..
Previously I did only the 10 min ab workout. I used to get body pain . Now I started doing warm up and cool down which helps me a lot. Not much pain. I would suggest all to do this while doing exercise.

@deepthivinayak1 yes I’m doing it daily. But cloe doing only ab. And 1/2 hr cycling. I don’t have thyroid or diabetes.. just looking for postpartum weight loss.. it’s hard to loose those extra pounds. I tried IF for two months lost only few pounds. Now I will continue this until I get good results. Thanks
