Weightloss While Being Locked Down

    I was doing walk at home exercise by leslie from youtube videos for around 15 days. As heat got increased its getting difficult to manage day to day activities so haven't done since 7 days. Planning to start soon. Weight neither increased nor decreased
    One thing is we r not doing many varieties in daily diet as like other people preparing new dishes daily during lockdown. So it could be reason of no weight change

    Drink warm water after each meal. I am doing intermittent fasting from Jan till now. Last meal is at 6.30 pm. Next meal at 11.30 am. I am early riser ,so I do chloe warm up,ab exercise and cool down and cook bf and lunch early. So I can eat my first meal at right time. Recently I am taking warm water after each meal. One day I have 5-6 mozzarellas stick for snack and dosa for dinner at 6.30 pm. I had warm water after dinner. Next day, I reduced weight than other days. So I am planning to hav warm water at least if I had something heavy.

    For me cutting down on carbs is helping me loose weight. And I do cycling workout sweat on demand as we have a stationary bike at home. Daily half hour cycling and brown rice or chapathi instead of white rice and more curry less carbs and portioning my meals are helping me loose. Also I’m doing ab crunches and stretching it’s really squeezing the tummy w pain. I recently started this ab exercises so still experiencing pain. But I heard it will give good results in shaping ur body.

    Op,

    i started drinking more water.
    Give a gap of 4 hrs between each meal
    Wet fasting one day a week
    Jogging in morning.

    Hi all,
    I started walking 6000 steps every evening from last week. Before lockdown I use to have gym trainer .So things were under control. But now things change.
    So during lockdown I started doing Surya namaskar ...but couldn't follow routine .Finally left without doing any exercise. Just doing home chaos of zadu pocha:joycat::joycat:.
    So finally remotivated self n started again with walk. Tough its just 6000 steps but as saying goes...Something is better then nothing:).

    Hope I motivated some1:tearsofjoy:

    I started doing chloe 2 week ab challenge. I did previously n reduced few inches. Now doing it again.

    I saw ppl posting about it on YouTube. Does it work that effective. How many sets u did and achieved results. I’m having stomach cramps from crunches.

    I did one month back n lost 2 inches. I just follow the 10 minute workout. I saw many good reviews in YouTube. Which motivates me to do. After doing first 2 week challenge I became lazy. Now I want to do again and started from today.
    10 min chloe warm up
    10 min chloe 2 week ab challenge
    10 min chloe cooldown.

    @deepthivinayak1 sounds motivating. I saw 2 week ab challenge. WhT is the warm up and cool down. Do u mind sharing the videos. I want to start doing too.
