    Lunch- Chapathi2

    Dinner-1 bowl avial

    Snacks-4 biscuits
    Jack fruit -5 pieces

    banana chips

    WO-SN-15 sets

    Empty stomach - Fennel warm water

    Morning - Oats, Idly (4), Dosa (2), Boiled samba wheat with buttermilk. (Any one item)

    Snacks - Lemon juice with salt, Buttermilk (Any one item)

    Lunch - Kollu rasam (every day), Carrrot, tomato, cucumber, beans, cabbage (vegtables) (Any one curry )

    Snacks - Tea

    Dinner - idly (4), idly (2) Within 7.30 pm (Any one item)
