    1 small cup millet+curd+carrot cabbage stir fry
    Tea
    2 cups plantain soup with mushrooms+ 1 ragi dosa+tomato chutney


    Total water - 3 L
    Exer - 3 Miles LS
    Calories- Food intake (923) - Workout (300) = 623
    Allowed calories =1200 .

    Still am not try jeera water in empty stomach...

    But drunk yesterday two li.. jeera water after breakfast...

    I'm trying my best...but not much results....i dont know if I'm wrong somewhere...Actually I'm doing Yoga and cardio whenever possible...
    I'm avoiding all junk....but only when so tempted...little..but dont know y...no loss of weight...hardly 1kg thats it...please help me....faintingsmiley
