    Updates for the day
    BF- puttu + sambar 1 cup
    Snacks- Veg salad with rajma
    Lunch- 1 cup rice & Beetroot
    Dinner-1 glass milk & fruits

    Workout--Taebo 20 minutes

    Yesterday I also walked an additional 2 mile walk as punishment for eating Hersheys...:2thumbsup:

    So If I eat any junk or sweets..punishment of 2 mile walks....yumsmiley
