    1. One hour of exercise

    4. No rice for dinner

    Meal 1- ½ litre water, ½ apple methi seeds
    Meal 2 – moong dal idly , tomato chutney , banana shake
    Meal 3 – apple, green tea
    Meal 4 –fried rice (without rice), salad
    Meal 5 – carrots,almonds, green tea
    Meal 6 – moong dal dosa , cauliflower sabji, Kiwi
    Water – 3litre

    Workout
    30 min walk
    5 Surya namaskar
    15 min video workout
    5 min kapalbhathi
    5 min anulom vilom

    pumpkin , we took flu shots , looks like here only 23% of flu shots are effective this year, I will start including more badam.

    @ reh : At time even if your flu shots are done, they are less effective. I know this winter is bitter cold.
