    Dear all,

    Here is my chart,

    Jan 1 - 83 kg
    Jan 8 - 83 kg
    Jan 15 - 82.5 kg
    Jan 22 - 81.8 kg

    Totally 1.2 kgs lost so far. Good luck to other buddies!

    Log of yesterday, Jan 21 is below,
    Had water and 10 mins treadmill and 2 sets squats and leg raises
    30 mins outside walking.

    Melon, looking forward to the new challenge..

    really it was so refreshing over there....now starting with new hope and enthu.
    So much of positive comments for my weight loss...this makes me pledge myself that I should not gain again and should be fit and healthy...

    Hi friends... I have hurt my right shoulder.. Could do any workout for past 2 days.. I was not able to post week 4 challenge as am not able to open IL through laptop...

    Kindly set your own target for the week...

    I will b back from sunday.. Hope my arm recovers by then...

    Mahe.. Can u announce the week 3 winner....

    No change in weight :-( feeling bit demotivates.. But will get back with full energy...

    Hi All,

    I am doing good from last two days.. i am happy i am able to control my diet..

    7 am - honey+ lime+warm water
    9 am - milk+ wheat flakes+ grapes
    11 am - guvava
    1 pm - roti +daal +veg+curd
    4 pm - rosted chana + murmura
    6 pm - 1egg +1 egg white fry
    8.30 - beetroot salad+ spinach veg
    10 pm - warm milk + 1 spoon chavanprash

    Melon take care. Dont strain urself, workouts can wait but not ur health, so 1st take rest , dont move ur arms until its ok.

    20th, 21st diet was gd.Gd workouts

    22nd jan

    BF : 2 idlis + sambar+ little sweet pongal
    MM : little sweet pongal ( very hungry after workouts, i cant eat lunch until i feed my DD)
    lunch : rice + mochai, brinjal kulambu + chow chow kootu + lady's finger fry
    dinner : planning to have dosai with left over kootu .
    water 1.5 lts so far
    workouts
    cardio 35 mins
    core exercises 20 mins
