    hi shanvy... thanks for the best wishes... hope u r doing good...

    have a long journey to go.. but still i love motivating others which helps to be on track... 2014 was not much in my favour... could not go below 100kgs... but i dont lose hope as i gained lots of compliments for my skin and inch loss... am more active than before and now people say that i dont look 100+.. my huge arms are the problem area for me... let me keep trying until i reach my goal...

    do keep coming here... u r a true motivator....:hatsoff

    now kick that scale and take in the compliments and cheer up, the goals is so much more achievable. i don't go much by the scales these days...

    Thank you melon.... Thanks for the motivation... this what i want... after reading your post i controlled my dinner with 1 toast and 1 wheat dosa....eventhough i feel the toast is extra..
    i hope i can achieve this within 3 months....

    hi melon,

    i wish to join the challenge.

    beginning weight : 66
    target weight : 64 (end of march)
    reason : i mainly want to kick off my abs , my big tummy

    steps planned to follow:

    1. morning walk
    2. swimming - thrice a week
    3. am a sweet baby - want to cut down sweets as much as possible
    4. badminton - twice a week

    thanks for your motivation friend... i wish i could n i should reduce my belly by the end of this year 2015

    Target weight March end - 148 lbs

    Routine to be followed:
    1. LS walk - at least 3 miles everyday.
    2. Green tea everyday
    3. Lots of water
    4. Proper sleep
