    weekend was very bad with diet:bonk..did workout on friday and saturday but skipped on sunday.:hide:

    Suryanamaskar:50 sets

    @Prash..... Don't feel guilt for that... Weekends are not in our hands... Satisfy ur tastebuds on weekend.. Have clean diet and workout on weekdays.... Enjoy the weekend with your family

    Gals..already vacation started for ds, from tomorrow hubby will be at home till 5 th... So there won't be proper diet and workout as per my choice.... I will login now and then.... Take care all and enjoy the vacation....

    Yes dear, I must say that IL is helping a lot and all dear one's here are very nice to help, motivate and guide us to right way....Thanks all ladies.....friendssmiley
    To say frankly, I have been trying to put down my weight from last 3 years and it was never a success for me...I do it for some days (5-6 days) and then slowly my focus goes off...and then I am back to my weight....But this is the first time I saw a little success on my weight loss becoz of continuous motivation & support from all here.......

    Thanks Melon for this thread.....My weight loss journey is not loosing its focus becoz of this thread...:)

    Hi Mahe,

    Good to take a break now & then...Its true, it is very difficult to be on diet and workout when kids and Hubby are at home becoz they demand lot of snacks and special food and we also end up eating them.I also have same problem till 5th Jan...with lot of New year parties lined up...

    No problem...Have a nice time with family and join us back...
