    workout

    3 mile Ls walk
    30 min spot jogging
    1 mile outside walk

    17/12 update

    early morning warm water and detox water

    bf - 1 weetabix + lf milk + 1/2 apple

    mm - green tea

    lunch - 1 phulka + dal + cucumber and lettuce salad

    evening snack - barley water + pomegranate 1/2

    dinner - 1 diet bread + omlette + dal

    bb - 10 almonds and green tea

    walking 1 hour

    water 3 ltrs

    sorry gals couldn't login for the past 4 days, my week started with a gd diet & workouts. i am doing abs 5 day challenge, it is too gd, but i feel very tired have little body pain, anyhow got only 13 days more shd bring some shape back. went shopping, i am fitting into small size dresses not even medium, very very happy.

    i have a doubt gals pls solve it.when i started my weight loss journey i saw for my height my weight shd be 50kgs, but now i checked BMI it says i shd be 53.81kgs y the change, i already reduced from 36 B to 34 D,from 62kgs to 56 kgs, size small fits me well. my DH is telling i am looking thin & young, he doesn't want me to reduce more & look like patient ( very thin), just go in for some toning. i wanted to reduce one more kg that's all,what shall i do?

    18th dec
    Bf : 2 idly's + chicken curry
    lunch : rice + brinjal puli kulambu + boiled plantain stem
    dinner not yet planned.
    my water intake has reduced due to the climate , how much ever i try i can take only 1.5 lts.

    workouts
    cardio 60 mins
    abs exercise 20 mins
    shd do abs challenge day 4 in the evng.

    i have joined cooking competition in gym. ingredient nestle oats noodles & nestle e magic masala. its on saturday pls gals tell me some recipes.

    Sujatha.... Great that you are fitting into the small size dresses.... You would be in cloud nine...

    we we can be +/- 5 from our ideal weight... So don't feel guilty for that... If you start toning you will lose some more... So feel happy.... I should be 63 but I am still in my 65... Trying to touch at least 63+. ...
