    My updates:

    The weekend was overall good - deviations were - ate 1/2 cup sarkarai pongal on Saturday and 3-4 homemade chocolate milk burfies. Walked on Saturday, no workout on Sunday.

    Monday (04/8):

    Fasting day - Morning 6 - evening 8 pm - 3 cups of milk. 1/2 guava and few grapes.

    Dinner - Samba ravai upma with curd and sambar. 1/4 cup of uluthankali (It is a sweet prepared with urud dal jaggery and sesame oil).

    update for 5th aug

    breakfast: 2 slices white bread with butter and tea
    lunch and dinner: fried rice (par boiled rice)
    snack: 2 small pieces of fruit cake and oats biscuits

    workout:
    1 hr walk in park and spot jog (completed 10k steps, 4 miles and burnt 320 calories)
    2 miles on elliptical (burnt 160 calories) total 480

    oats porridge
    1 cup coffee + apple
    2 chapaties + alu methi
    1 cup neem tea
    2 makki roties with 1 tsp butter + sarson saag + salad + buttermilk
    methi seeds + water

    Monring: Plain Oats+blueberries+lf greek yogurt+1 ww bread with pbutter.
    Mid-Morning- Banana
    Lunch- raw vege salad+quinoa+couscous with butternut squash fry and carrot dip
    Evening- 6 almonds
    Early dinner- 4 small rava dosa+1 small akki rotti with chutney.

    30 mins walk outside.

    Food:
    Breakfast - 1 honey wheat bread, 1 cup bournvita (1/4 tsp brown sugar) & 1 big glass of smoothie
    (1 banana, 1 apple, few blueberries, few blackberries, added few pomegranate seeds. No sugar. No milk)
    Lunch - roti, brown rice, curry, cabbage, 1 boiled egg & yogurt
    Snacks - 1 coconut donut shared with my mom :)
    Dinner - 2 dosa, little upma

    Workout:
    Climbing stairs at home
    Floor ex - Arm circles, Lateral lifts, military press, bicep curls, triceps overhead extension with 3 lb weights (didn't get time more time to do just did for 10 mins )
    Treadmill - 60 mins (in inclined mode)
    Normal walk - 20 mins

    I m back after that very busy Week end and followed by Monday!

    I m so happy that i lost 1 Kg as a whole for the first week after i bounced back from my vacation.. Yipeee!!!!!!

    My day went like this:
    ==============
    EM= SL tea 1/2 cup
    BF= 2 Ragi dosa with Coconut garlic-Ginger Chutney
    MM- 1 cup Litchi Lemonade
    Lunch= Oats, Steamed Broccoli with herbs, Beans Poriyal, Brinjal Curry, Curd
    Eve= 1 banana, 400 ml green tea
    Night= 2 Idli + Brinjal kothsu - 1 cup

    BB= 1/4 cup milk

    Work out

    1 bowl of a new dish with shredded chapaties and buttermilk ( recipe from a thread in il - yummy ) + salad
    methi seeds + water

    15 mins stretching exercises in the morning
    15 mins stationary walking at office during lunch hour
    1 hour brisk walk in the evening
