    din 1 Bajra dosa,with garlic chutney, 1 cucumber

    Workout
    2* 30 min spot jogging, 4 mile outside walk

    welcome Aabhi, i was a very lazy before only from Iltes i got motivation. so v all r here to motivate u.

    2nd august

    BF : oats
    MM : 2 dosai + palak gravy
    lunch : rice + rasam + boiled egg
    evng : mw groundnut
    dinner : rice + vatha kulambu + appalam ( after a very long time had rice for dinner, appalam also. dint had any plan for dinner so made rice)

    water : 2 lts

    no workout.

    food normal
    junks: tea and one small chocolate bar

    workouts:
    total 10000 steps (1 hr walking+ jogging at park and same place walking)
    (4 miles and burnt 320 calories)

    saturday bf- adai ( thinai , channa, toor dal) with aviyal, lunch chapathi with aviyal, dinner- Bajra dosa


    Sunday varakarusi pongal, lunch, pocket roti ( shiva's idea) with ponnangani keerai, tofu, carrot poriyal. Eve home made bhel puri( without puri), Din- Bajra dosa

    breakfast: 2 slices white bread with butter and peanut butter
    lunch: rice, sambar and celery
    snack: banana
    dinner: not yet (planning to have thosai)

    workout:
    30 mins on eliptical burnt 340 calories , 4 miles
    30 X standing bicep curls
    15 lunges and 15 squats

    Food:
    Breakfast - 1 honey wheat bread, 1 cup bournvita (1/4 tsp brown sugar) & 1 big glass of smoothie
    (1 banana, 1 apple, few blueberries, few blackberries, added few pomegranate seeds. No sugar. No milk)
    Lunch - roti, brown rice, curry, cabbage, 1 boiled egg & yogurt
    Dinner - chapathi with cauliflower subji & 1 cup bournvita (1/4 tsp brown sugar)

    Workout:
    Climbing stairs at home
    Floor ex - Arm circles, Lateral lifts, military press, bicep curls, triceps overhead extension with 3 lb weights
    Treadmill - 60 mins (in inclined mode)
    Burnt 345 calories. 3 miles completed.

    Overall, a great day :thumbsup
