    Hi Ladies,
    This was my wt loss goal table for 2014. I'm happy to achieve this month goal :cheers (as per below table). I've lost 4.6 lbs this month and looking forward for my next month goal.

    Great going Anitha!!

    My updates for yesterday 31/7:

    Mor - 1 cup milk (no sugar). BF - Oats porridge with sambar.
    MM - 1 cup earl grey tea (no sugar or milk)
    Lun - 1/4 cup brown rice with sambar, 1/2 cup channa, 1 cup of salad (lettuce, green apple, pomegranate and dried cranberries.

    Eve - 1 small cup coffee (with sugar)

    Din - 1 cup vermicelli upma with curd. I usually have it with sambar or pickle and on occasion with sugar/jaggery, but this time I did not have sambar so instead of choosing pickle / Sugar or jaggery, I went for curd :)

    Workout: 1 hr body sculpt class (15 mins aerobics + 30 mins strength training + 15 mins abs & obliques) Because of my knee pain issue, I took it slow with all knee related movements.

    You must have definitely enjoyed eating vermicelli upma with curd right? i always prefer to eat with curd. try eating Rava upma, Adai with curd too. its tastes slurp!!!yumsmiley

    I know you might be thinking of how wierd my tastes must are!! But people here knows i have a tangy tooth. gigglingsmiley

    EM- SL tea
    BF= 1/2 slice MG bread, 3 spoon of left over whole grain pasta
    MM= 1 cup SL tea
    Lunch= 2 phulka, palak paneer with LF paneer, 1 spoon mint rice, butter milk
    eve= 400 ml green tea, lettuce-purple cabbage salad
    night= 2 dosa with chutney
    BB= SL milk

    Strengthening workouts, 45 mins walk outside

    Akila, i will also have upma with curd or coconut chutney. Before that i will have it for taste , but now a days i am having it for portion control.

    for bf means 1 cup of upma with 1 cup curd, if dinner means total of one cup.

    good that you have incorporated new workouts by taking care of your knees.

    And salads in the lunch, good dear... keep going

    3 mile ls, 1 mile spot jogging

    31st july

    BF : 2 idlis + veg kuruma
    lunch : rice + keerai masiyal + raw banana podimas
    evng : 2 small slices pizza
    dinner : 2 dosai + mutton gravy
    water : 2 lts

    workout : treadmill - 15 mins
    elliptical - 15 mins
    cycle - 15 mins
    Abs workout - 15 mins

    1st august

    BF : oats+ milk
    MM : tender coconut
    lunch : thinai rice + sambar + yam fry
    dinner : 2 chapati + palak panner (outside food)
    water : 2 lts

    workout
    cardio 45 mins
    superman, ironman, bridging, arms with weights, wall twist ( 30 * 3reps)
    group class 30 mins
    totally 1hr 30 mins. ( very tired after the grp class, body pain)

    today i checked my weight 1 more kg lost, i will update next week.

    I would also like to join you'll. Let me start with thd weightloss mission once again. I've delivered my 2nd one last year through c-section, as I was already obese.... I have to atleast reduce 20 kgs. All I need is pure motivation and i am sure iam going to get this here as you all are doing brilliant.

    update for 2nd aug
    breakfast: 4 small idlis with sambar and soya milk
    lunch: one plate of noodles
    dinner: 2 red bean bun and coffee

    workouts: 1 hr same place walking (6000 steps) and
    walked at shopping complex for one hour plus. shud have covered (more than 4 miles and burnt 300 calories)
