    Hi Melon, mathi, mahe, pumpkin.sravani n all my dearies....sorry i was not able to update anything from last 2 months....Actually i gave a written exam for SBI i got selected and transfered from uk to India....Life is totally changed now...i was in germany + UK from last 6 years....Now we came back to India. My Son got admission and started his school...pre-nursery..he is also adjusting. It's very hot here. I hope you all are doing well at your end....I will be updating from tommorrow daily..

    Ladies nice to see all of your updates, sorry I am not posting regularly as work is very busy. I tend to come here only on Tue and Thur for my pre and post confirmation of satcharitra reading!

    Akila- it's indeed motivating to see someone with the same goal. Let's do it. Your portion control with outside lunch is great dear. well done.

    Mahe, Mathi- good to see you buddies.

    Choco- Congrtulations and all the best dear.

    My updates:
    Breakfast is usually oats+berries+yogurt and sometimes ww bread with pb.
    Lunch is either 2 chapathi+curry+salad or some soup and bread.
    Evening: I do gulp down a spoon of pb if I have not had it in the morning. satiates my evening hunger pangs.
    Dinner: varied dinner, but the aim is to eat early.

    Yesterday for dinner I had grilled polenta with channa masala (left over)..

    Exercise: I signed up for gym to go at lunch times, downside is I get only half and hour to exercise, upside I go 5 days a week. consistency of my evening after work exercises were bad so I thought 30 mins 5 days is better than missing it.

    I am also sloooowly doing the C25K, today will be Week 3 complete. it feels good. No signs of weight loss but I feel better.

    today's update: 31st july

    breakfast: 4 peanut butter biscuits and tea
    lunch: pearl barley rice stir fry with veges ( Indian lunch ideas sans rice!!! - attempting a balanced vegetarian meal.. )
    snacks: few potato chips
    dinner: one capati with sambar

    workout:
    30 mins on cross trainer (burnt 360 calories at 4.2 miles)
    standing bicep curls, 15 lunges and 10 squats with 5lbs weight

    ============

    BF= 2 mini coriander uthappams + sl tea
    MM= 1 cup sl tea
    Lunch= sambar oats, curd oats and aloo bhindhi (oven griled)
    Eve= 400 ml green tea, lettuce salad
    night= 1 cup whole grain pasta
    BB= 1/4 cup milk

    Yesterday was a super busy day , full of work and then we had a mild walk in the evening. I was super busy and almost fell aslept soon.
