weightloss friends group 2013

    Sunday- march 17

    Warm water with lime,, honey

    Bf-1 eggless pan cake made with grapes , banana... No butter and it tasted like a hell lot..
    Mm-1 cup green tea
    Lunch- dalia, pepper curry , cabbage and spinach
    Eve-1 cup ragi malt
    Night- 2 lentil dosa and pepper milk

    Ls walk 2 miles
    Hot water through out

    Chocogal,sravani, mathi , manju thanks for taking up 3 months journey with me...

    Here are few points which we have to keep in mind...

    1. Never skip a meal and eat healthy portions..(avoid junk,softdrinks, fried food to the max)
    2. Warm water 2-3 ltrs through out the day
    3. Exercise atleast 30 mins 5 days a week
    4. Outside food max 2 times in a month
    5.if u eat any wrong food sometime... Don't live in guilt.. Just continue with urn journey...
    6. Once or twice u can enjoy urn fav dessert.. Instead of following it with urn meal.. Have it as a mid day snack...:)
    7. Write down everything in a dairy or notebook at the end of the day.. Food workout and water.. Also ur feedback on whether it was good or bad day.. Where u r lacking etc...
    8. Finish ur dinner b4 8 pm...

    Gals anyone wanna join can join us anytime...
    Just note urn weight and set ur 3 months journey...

    Weigh yourself once in 10 days and let us know ur progress...

    Apart from that we will b taking up weekly challenges as well...

    I think I missed few posts, is this a new challenge? Count me in anyway, I seem to be more disciplined after I started posting here :)

    Ohhh ya even i hate Sunday here... Cos hubby has to get bk to work after 2 days off..

    Hmm not a challenge dear.. Just a change in lifestyle.. Since i have been through this i wanted my friends also b with me this time...

    Happy to have u as well.. Just takecare of the above points... Don't get upset if scale is not moving... U can shake it one day..:)

    But am sure.. After 3 month urn body will take better shape...

    Thanks fly, me too doing good ! Count me in too. i planning for a india vaccation in july . So this challenge is going to help me a lot.

    Need little motivation excersie part. didn't go to gym last 2 days...felt very lazy. need to get back on to track today.
