weightloss friends group 2013

    -------

    bf: 1 appam + egg + 1 wheat bread + jelly
    snack : nut clusters + pineapple
    Lunch : rice + mung dal
    Snack : tea + rusk + few sweet para
    Dinner : minestrone soup

    Exercise : 2 miles LS walk

    My updates :- 17/3/2013 :-

    4 cups warm water
    No breakfast
    Lunch :- had outside, ate everything i could lay my hands on ( had sweets too). Went crazy.
    Evening :- one tall mug of green tea.
    Dinner :- 1 bowl of tomato rasam(soup) and Arugula Salad with cucumber,carrot,strawberry,sunflower seedswith greek yoghurt dressing (no fat).
    Herbal tea.

    30 mins walking and 1 hour grocery shopping.

    ya i gone thru it now... I too will follow the same plan as much as possible. I am starting my journey from today 18th March to 18th June Weight as on today 79.5 ya gained >5 kgs due to my cravings.
