    I was too busy from yesterday itself with the farewell party of my neighbour.

    So Melon u have already started with ur diet plan i didnt login from yesterday isnt........so i didnt go thru ur post. I will too join u in this journey and want to be successful in my target and want me to keep away from my cravings.

    Ya mathi.. Its good source of protein for vegterian.. Also calcium...

    Better to go for low fat paneer ... Homemade is better as well..

    U vil lose water weight with this... And it may bounce bk... If u don't follow healthy eating...
    Since u want to go for vacation u can do it.. But i don't have good experience so far.... Good luck to u...

    BF: 2 egg dosa with tomato chutney
    Lunch: val beans curry with brown rice
    Dinner: 1 slice pizza

    10mins butt and thigh toning workout
    3miles LS walk

    17/3 update

    early morning warm water later lime water

    bf wheat bread sandwich with sprouts and vegt filling + 2 boiled egg whites

    mm banana and green tea

    lunch - 2 multigrain phulka with vegt and tofu sabzi

    evening - low fat feta cheese

    dinner oats soup with 2 wheat bread

    before bed 1 cup lf milk with 1 tsp health mix

    water 4 litres

    2 mile walk with Leslie

    overall its was a clean day with no junk:)

    So sweet... Same happened with me on 6th march when i was out with family.. My ddi said she will have kfc... Sometimes we have to give for kids too:)
