weightloss friends group 2013

    hello my friends of i need a weightloss partner group...as per priya16 and other friends suggestion i have opened a new thread to start our weight loss journey this new year.... i hope and wish that we all get success in our mission....

    here we will daily update our diet, exercise, water intake and also our ups and downs during this journey....

    other friends are also welcome!

    Nice to be a part of this thread.

    current weight: 64.3
    target weight: 50
    target weight by jan 31st: 62.5

    8/1/2013

    7.00: warm water 1 cup
    8.30: amway positrim shake 1 sachet (just 5 are remaining.. want to finish it off)
    9.30: 1 orange
    12.30: 3 idli + sambar
    2.30: 4 spoons of brinjal sambar rice + few frymes
    4.00: handful of cranberries
    6.30: tea + 2 rusks
    8.30: few pieces of papaya
    9.15: 2 small thin dosa + coconut chutney + idli podi + curd
    10.30: half glass of milk

    water: 2 l

    workout: 30 mins of walking + 1 km walking at office

    hello friends...

    my target was to lose 19kgs... out of which 6 kgs lost so far... 13 more to go...

    starting weight - 19kgs

    current weight - 13kgs

    here i go with my diet as on 8/1/13

    morning - warm water

    bf - wholegrain cereal with milk and 1 apple

    mid morning - 6 badam

    lunch - 2 multigrain roti with cabbage and chana curry... + 1 boiled egg

    evening - 1 banana later green tea

    dinner - 2 multigrain roti with cabbage and chana curry+ chicken only from gravy....

    water - 3 litres

    workout - 40 mins walking



    my this week target 7/1/13 - 13/1/13 - 3 litres water + 40 mins workout...

    7/1/13 - 3 litres water + 40 mins walking
    8/1/13 - 3 litres water + 40 mins walking

    My Target weight to loose - 10kg

    Here is my update for 08/01/13

    BF - Tea + poha upma
    Mid Morning - 2 Guava
    Lunch- Rice + rasam + fish fry
    Evening - Mixture and later boilde Papaya
    Dinner - Roti + fish curry

    Exercise - 20 min walk ( cudnt do much) + 10 min gardening
    Water - 2 litres

    hi,
    my target wt loss-20 kg
    wt loss by jan end-1kg
    today diet and excercise..
    bfst- 1 onion dosa,1boiled egg white cup of coffee
    lunch- noodles with chicken(out side), 1 sesame ladoo
    evening - 1 cup tea
    dinner-veg pasta soup
    water-1.5 lt
    exercise- 2mile ls walk
    in this first week i want to focus on..
    1) early and compulsory break fast-( i usually wake up late and end up late or skiping bfst)
    2)drink 2.5-3 Lt of water daily
    3) exercise daily atleast 5 days per week

    good target saisa...... try to include fruits in ur diet... keep posting everyday so that u will hv an idea where changes r required.....
